I want you to know I am not leaving you. I want to be here for you - more than ever. I am passionate about providing excellent, complete, quality of life focused care for my patients for a lifetime. Your healthcare should be all about YOU.

My new clinic model is called DIRECT care. This innovative model of care has been in the United States for decades but has been moving into our region in the last ten years. In this model, I will provide greater access and advocacy for the patients that I serve by taking on a more limited number of annual patients.

In order to do this, I will be opted out of all insurance, including Medicare. Instead, I will offer an inclusive monthly rate for membership that includes office visits, discounted labs and diagnostics, direct physician access and peace-of-mind price transparency. Because of the included membership benefits in our direct care model, there is often lower personal cost when compared to traditional insurance models. We will offer predictable hormonal care without visit copays, coinsurance, tiered deductibles, facility lab fees, unpredictable diagnostic costs, or policy exclusions.

As everyone’s situation is different, I realize this model may not fit all my patients at this time. If that is your case, please keep my information in case there is a time where this model fits you.
