At Tennessee Direct Endocrinology (TDE) we are working directly for you through our direct care practice. Membership models are created to give you choice and be inclusive to our distinctive direct care benefits.
The average cost of membership at TDE is about $3-4 per day, likely similar to the price of your favorite coffee shop beverage. For the cost of that beverage, you can obtain office visits, discounts on labs and direct access to your doctor at any time!
Through our direct care model, you will gain peace of mind by eliminating out-of-network insurance expenses, copays, coinsurance, tiered deductible pricing, and unpredictable laboratory or diagnostic charges. At Tennessee Direct Endocrinology, we commit to transparent pricing to show you our bottom line, every time.
If any of our prices must change, we will notify all members three months in advance.
Direct care allows you and your doctor to have freedom to evaluate without insurance coding barriers. If you want your hormones or vitamins checked, we can do it! Medical necessity can be determined by you and your doctor.

We understand that you are on the go and stopping your busy schedule to focus on your health. We are here to restore hope and make health your new reality. We use more than just office visits - maybe a lunch time phone call works better for you? Direct care can be tailored to your current and changing schedule.
Lab and diagnostic fees
Members of Tennessee Direct Endocrinology have access to discounted and transparent lab pricing so you do not have unpredictable facility fees or uncovered expenses.
To save you time, your labs can be obtained in our office.
Dr. Sarah will provide a personal interpretation of your results within 24-48 hours. You will also receive a copy of your lab reports for your records.
We have also established relationships with regional partners for the best rates on ultrasounds, CT scans, MRIs, X-rays and other common diagnostic tests.
For example, an MRI ordered through insurance can commonly be priced around $3,000. Through our regional partners, the price can be reduced to $450 - a savings of $2,550 or 85% which would more than pay for your membership!
This also allows you to save the time that is required to find the best price.
